Stephen Whipp Financial at Manulife Securities Inc. has moved to a two-storey office at 734 Goldstream Ave., the same commercial complex as Western Foods and Bikram Yoga. The expanded space will help accommodate advisors Stephen Whipp and Annette Quan and staff. It features a boardroom that the firm hopes to open to community groups.
