Victoria tech firm Redbrick has expanded its portfolio of digital companies by acquiring U.S.-based Delivra, a digital marketing company.

Redbrick, which provides software tools for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, sees the acquisition as a means of extending its reach and expanding its business.

“Delivra offers in-depth knowledge in supporting digital entrepreneurs and SMBs with the delivery of marketing content through automated and personalized emails,” said chief executive Tobyn Sowden. “Redbrick’s portfolio is growing with the potential to support entrepreneurs through the digital space with a full suite of conversion tools.”

Delivra is the fifth company to come under the Redbrick umbrella.

Since 2011, Redbrick has also either built or acquired Leadpages, Shift, Rebase and Assembly.

Delivra claims to help businesses execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, sending 200 million messages per month on average to a global network of contacts.

The acquisition is seen as a complement to Leadpages, which helps establish a digital web presence for small companies.
