The Truffles Group has spun off a new unit from its catering business aimed at office and workplace deliveries. Truffles Express offers continental and hot breakfasts and a complete lunch menu with the service. Orders placed by 2 p.m. will be delivered the following day. Robyn Smale, director of sales and marketing for the Truffles Group, said the Express brand will be guided by the motto "real food done fast." Truffles Group also owns Butterfly Gardens, Cascadia Liquor Store, Habitat Catering and the Canoe Brew Pub.
