Telus Corp. is acquiring a Quebec-based provider of electronic medical records. The financial terms of the deal with privately held Kin-Logix were not disclosed. KinLogix provides a cloud-based system to capture, organize and display patient data in one record. KinLogix represents 36 per cent of Quebec's electronic medical records market and its system is used in more than 200 medical clinics.
