The Victorian Bird House in Sidney marked its 15th birthday last weekend with a name change that owner Jennifer Hill says more accurately reflects the range of new merchandise. The store at 2428 Beacon Ave., is now Sea-Side Home and Garden Gift Shop. A third of the store will continue to be devoted to birds and birders while the remainder will focus on items for the garden and the gardener, such as tools, plant seeds, clothing and boots, garden art and household and children's items.
