Business people open to fresh ideas can get a free coaching session from Royal Roads University students this week. Students working toward a graduate certificate in executive coaching are staging 30-minute coaching sessions. Some of the issues that can be covered include how to manage workloads, retain employees, take your career to the next level and balance work and non-work interests.
