Brian Pridham has joined the Oak Bay Beach Hotel as manager of the Boathouse Spa & Baths. Pridham began his career working with the award-winning Silk Road Spa, then travelled to New Mexico where he studied, before returning to Victoria to teach esthetics at the Aveda Institute. "We are excited to welcome Brian to our team," says Kevin Walker, owner and developer of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. "Creating a world class spa and wellness program takes time, talent and energy. It is important to us the Boathouse Spa & Baths have a distinction all its own for local residents and also build holistic program that runs throughout our hotel."
Pridham is putting the finishing touches on a spa membership program that will provide members with bundled spa services, access to the mineral pools and steam sauna and invitations to member-only events.
