Nova Scotia Premier Darrell Dexter says Canada's premiers will meet in Halifax to discuss the economy later this month. Dexter said the premiers will gather for two days to discuss how they can work together to help the federal government improve the economy. He said he expects all premiers will attend the meeting, which is scheduled to begin Nov. 22. Dexter invited Prime Minister Stephen Harper to attend, but he has declined.
