It is quite literally all hands on deck at Point Hope Shipyard these days as the Victoria facility has been receiving plenty of work.
While two workers paint the hull of one ship at the yard, there are another eight at Point Hope in various stages of repair. ‘
“It’s a great time to be in shipbuilding,” said Sam Johnson, one of Point Hope’s project managers.
