Construction of the new Jim Pattison Toyota and Lexus development at Douglas and Finlayson streets and Burnside Road should be complete by the end of October.
Relocation of the existing nearby operation is set for November, said Bill Harbottle, president of Jim Pattison Automotive Group.
The four-level Toyota building on Douglas will be 67,000 square feet and include roof-top parking and an automatic car wash. The Lexus building will be 8,000 square feet on two levels.
