GuestLogix Inc. co-founder Brett Proud is taking over as company president and CEO as the retail technology provider to airlines and others in the passenger travel industry begins a strategic review.
Proud, who succeeds fellow co-founder Tom Douramakos, brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain planning and retail operations, most recently serving as executive vice-president of new markets and products. Douramakos, who has led the company since its inception a decade ago, will remain a director of the company.
GuestLogix Inc. helps airlines and other travel operators create, manage and control onboard retail environments tailored to their needs and their passengers. With headquarters in Toronto, the company has regional head offices in Dallas, London and Hong Kong.
