Daily flights between Vancouver and Victoria will begin again on April 27.

Harbour Air plans to resume daily flights between Vancouver and Victoria on April 27.

The airline said on its website that it has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, with safety its primary concern.

There have been “difficult and necessary” decisions to make as an essential service, Harbour Air said.

“To ensure we do not leave anyone stranded, we continue to offer private flights, freight and government-support services as required,” Harbour Air said.

“We have introduced vigilant cleaning and social-distancing protocols, suspended scheduled flights and reduced our operations across the province.”

As before, safety regulations will include checking the temperatures of ground and flight crew when arriving and leaving the workplace, and providing passengers with gloves and masks that must be worn for the entire flight.
