Victoria-based Cooper Pacific has launched First Mortgage Investment Corp. The new investment product follows its second mortgage MIC and blended mortgage MIC. All three are eligible for RRSP, RRIF and TFSA accounts. Cooper Pacific CEO Morley Cooper said the new MIC product arrives at a time when more Canadians are considering MIC's as a part of a diversified portfolio.
