Victoria's Knight Contracting has secured the work at the B.C. legislature to alter the main entrance as well as a barrier free access on the west side loading area ... Construction is underway, again, on 58 condominium units on Bowerbank Road in Sidney. Now called East Shore Village, the $13.5-million project had been in receivership until a Vancouver company, Fario Capital Properties, took over. They hired Allanda Consulting as project manager and Knappett Projects as construction manager. Some prep work is underway with construction to start mid-October.
