A vehicle flipped onto its roof near the west side of the Bay Street bridge Friday morning.
The van, with a driver and one passenger, appeared to have been travelling eastbound on Bay Street and had crossed Tyee Road when the driver veered to the right and crashed into the bushes near the Galloping Goose trail about 10:30 a.m.
Police said the roll-over crash was likely caused by a medical issue. One of the vehicle’s occupants sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Officers are investigating.
