Meeting offers information on strata self-management

Set yourself straight on strata self-management at the upcoming annual general meeting of the Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association.

Set yourself straight on strata self-management at the upcoming annual general meeting of the Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association. With numerous strata-managed properties under development on the Island, this meeting should interest not only those who already own strata properties, but anyone considering buying into a strata development.

Lawyer R.C. (Tino) Di Bella will review the pros and cons of self-management under the Real Estate Service Act, and take questions on any topic related to strata management.

"This will be a great opportunity to share experiences and ideas, with some expert guidance," says Florence Walker, president of the non-profit association, which has 300-plus members representing more than 7,000 units on the Island.
