Baby and Toddler

Join sleep consultant Jolan Holmes to learn about baby and toddler sleep. The workshop at 11 a.m. at the Terry Fox Library in Port Coquitlam (2150 Wilson Ave.) will teach about healthy sleep, how to lengthen naps, how to deal with bedtime struggles and more.

PoMo Farmers Market

Tour the Wednesday farmers market in the parking lot next to the Port Moody Recreation Complex (300 Ioco Rd.) from 3 to 7 p.m. where vendors and entertainers will be on site.

Indigenous Movies

Catch a movie or documentary at the City Centre branch of the Coquitlam Public Library (1169 Pinetree Way) for its Indigenous Film Festival, which runs from 2 to 8:30 p.m. The event is suitable for ages 14 and older. The festival continues on Sept. 29 from noon to 4:30 p.m. and features speakers.
