The Squamish Chamber of Commerce ushers in a new era

Saying goodbye to departing members, Squamish Chamber of Commerce embraces new beginnings for 2024.

As the Squamish Chamber of Commerce, we stand at the threshold of a promising new chapter.

We are thrilled to welcome our new board members for 2024, a diverse group of visionary leaders committed to fostering a thriving business community.

The new board is made up of:

  • Michel-Andre Aubin
  • Brandon Baker
  • Agustina Coccaro
  • Roxana Dees
  • Theodora Jean
  • Gale Kim
  • Ryan Kinghorn
  • Laura Prosko
  • Sarah Strother
  • Mike Vancapelle
  • Jarrett Zavitz

With heartfelt gratitude, we bid farewell to our departing board members, Jacquie Menezes and Catherine Webster.

Their dedication and service have been instrumental in shaping our Chamber’s success. We also mark the significant Annual General Meeting (AGM) that not only heralded the establishment of our new board but also commemorated the tenure of our esteemed executive director, Chris Fehr. Chris’s last day with us is a poignant reminder of the legacy of leadership and excellence he leaves behind.

Looking ahead, we invite you to the Mayor’s Luncheon May 8th. This annual event will feature the Mayor’s presentation on the District’s 2024 plan, offering insights into our collective future. It’s an opportunity for dialogue, as the Mayor will address questions from the audience.

We encourage our members to engage actively in this discourse. Submit your questions in advance on the event page at our website, or reach out to us at [email protected].

Join us as we embark on this journey, fortified by new perspectives and guided by the wisdom of experience. Together, we will continue to build a Chamber that not only supports our businesses but also enriches our community.
