Re: “No-kill cat shelter makes no sense,” Letters, Aug. 8.
Maybe the issue isn’t the existence of a no-kill cat shelter in Richmond, but the ongoing need for education regarding responsible pet ownership and encouragement to adopt cats from the shelter.
I think other pressing issues, such as homelessness in Richmond, is unrelated to the existence of a no-kill cat shelter and how it is financially supported.
