First of all, I would like to say that I think that you and Dr. Bonnie Henry have been showing much positive initiative coupled with compassion during the COVID 19 outbreak.  Please keep on informing B.C. citizens and communities about what is happening and what continues to need to happen to counteract this virus.  That is so helpful.

As an elder, however, I am very concerned that Vancouver Coastal Health is refusing to release‚ the actual number of COVID 19 cases in Squamish (actual and presumptive) as well as in locations.

And the health authority is failing to give much useful information to locals as to specific actions they can take to keep themselves, friends, family and community relatively safe and eventually well.

Why is Vancouver Coastal being so reticent about releasing those numbers to our council, the community and the local newspaper, The Squamish Chief?  We really need those figures and locations, without obfuscation.   Please tell them to be more open and informative.

Again many thanks to you and Dr. Henry and the rest of your team.
