Chaos is a word Vancouverites have heard a lot this week and from the looks of it, will continue to hear as our infrastructure attempts to handle the most recent dump of snow.
Parts of Metro Vancouver saw as much as 20 cm of snowfall overnight Monday (Dec. 19) and it continues to severely affect traffic, transit, and YVR Airport Tuesday.
TransLink has issued a warning to anyone who has to use its services today to "expect considerable delays." Last night locals shared videos of crowded SkyTrain platforms and snow falling inside the train cars.

Planes didn't fare much better. YVR cancelled most flights on Tuesday morning to focus on clearing the crowd of passengers and baggage that was accumulating in the terminal.
