Victoria Grizzlies beat Chiefs in Chilliwack

The Victoria Grizzlies (20-17) defeated the Chilliwack Chiefs 4-1 in a B.C. Hockey League game in the Fraser Valley on Saturday night.

Andrew Amousse opened scoring in the first period with his 14th goal of the season for the Grizzlies. Eli Barnett and captain Ellis Rickwood, with two, added Victoria goals. Liam Tanner replied for the Chiefs.

Cole Schwebius made 32 saves in goal for Victoria and Riley Grant 30 for Chilliwack.

The Grizzlies are in Langley this afternoon to meet the Coastal Conference-leading Rivermen.
