Fast start for Carrigan in Bayview Place Performance Tour opener

Three Uplands golfers were next with Jake Duval and Ben Griffin tying at 69 and veteran pro Jim Rutledge fourth at 70. Robbie Grenwell of Royal Colwood rounded out the top-five at 72. Eric Wang of Uplands and Brad Morris of Salt Spring Island were tied for sixth at 73. Rounding out the top-10 were Nate Ollis of Cordova Bay and Darren Day Jr. of Royal Colwood at 74.

The top-three, plus the top professional, from the 15-event Performance Tour will earn berths into the Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada’s 2019 Bayview Place DC Bank Open in May at Uplands.
