We should ban balloons everywhere

I don’t think a lot of people have thought about or realize the extensive damage to the environment that balloons can do. If we could see the suffering and death that is happening to the creatures of the sea and land, we might think twice about buying balloons in the first place.

Animals think balloons are food; we think balloons are fun and festive. What a tragedy it is for wildlife.

I have been saddened many times when I see people releasing balloons into the sky, knowing that somewhere, some creature is going to ingest them and die. Balloons should be banned all over the world.

This would be another way to show we care enough about cleaning up our destructive messes for the good of all life on earth.
