Lawyers representing “conservation groups launched a Federal Court case” against two federal cabinet ministers for an emergency cabinet order to protect the orcas.
Would not the many thousands of dollars being spent on preparing for and defending against this court action be better spent on the many community-operated salmon-enhancement projects in B.C. instead of on lawyers’ fees?
