Does Island Health truly feel that providing Wi-Fi in the hospitals will enhance our experience while we are waiting at emergency, visiting family and friends, etc., at a hospital?
Perhaps they could provide free parking. Now that would make most hospital visitors much happier than having Wi-Fi. Enough of having to run out to the parking lot to add more money to the meter when you are already stressed out having to be there in the first place.
