Re: “High-friction coating aims to reduce rear-end crashes at highway intersections,” Sept. 6.
Our civic leaders want to put non-slip surfaces at intersections so that poor drivers not paying attention won’t rear-end the car in front of them, but they leave a footpath on the new bridge in a dangerous condition every time it rains.
Where in heaven’s name do these elected officials get their ideas?
