Will the $50 fee for unlisted drivers have to be paid to protect yourself when your vehicle is driven by a service tech, a parking valet or a buyer test-driving your car? If so, then this $50 fee is just a rate increase in disguise, because everybody will have to pay it to be protected. Perhaps ICBC CEO Nicolas Jimenez could clarify this.
