Re: “Harmac mill is thriving, decade after rescue by its employees,” Sept. 11.
Thank you to the Times Colonist for such a good news story on the front of the Business section. That the Harmac mill thrived is proof of all the hard work and dedication of those 200 or more people who believed that it could prosper. It must have been frightening for them and their families to take on the risk initially. With their willingness to make it work and with what must have been some good leadership over the years, they really do deserve to celebrate and be congratulated.
