Democrats, not Trump, fuel fascism

I can’t believe Chris Hedges can equate the Christian church and U.S. President Donald Trump with fascism.

Isn’t it fascism when students won’t let a conservative speaker talk on campus? Isn’t it fascism when a member of Congress and his family are threatened in a restaurant? Isn’t it fascism when wearing a MAGA cap will have the barista refuse you service?

It is similar to Nazi Germany’s brownshirts, when people were threatened with violence because someone didn’t like their politics or their religion.

Although I really don’t know what church he is talking about that supported Trump, he must know it is illegal for a church to get involved with U.S. politics. They can lose their tax status, so he can turn them in to the Internal Revenue Service.

I do agree there is fascism in the U.S. and it is being fuelled and condoned by the Democratic Party and the U.S. media.
