C-51 terrorism net is much too broad

I am an almost 90-year-old who cycles to most daily errands instead of taking a car and urges others to do the same. I take adverse climate change seriously, with my grandchildren and great-grandchildren in mind.

If I were successful in spreading my “campaign,” I might be accused of helping to “undermine the financial stability of Canada” (Bill C-51, anti-terrorism act), especially the automotive and oil-and-gas sectors.

Under Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Bill C-51, because of my “campaign,” I could be branded a “terrorist” and jailed.

I dearly hope that by the next election Canadians will wake up to what’s happening and reject those who voted for Bill C-51.
