The Jewish Federation of Victoria and Vancouver Island invites community members to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Israeli independence with an evening beginning with a Yom Ha’Zikaron ceremony followed by Yom Ha’Atzma’ut Festivities featuring a sumptuous Kosher Israeli dinner, music by the 7-piece Sulam Ensemble from Vancouver, a children’s choir, and Israeli folk dancing!\
