Youth accused of trying to pass counterfeit U.S. $100 bills in Sidney

A youth has been charged in connection with attempts to pass fake U.S. $100 bills. On Friday, three males attempted to use the counterfeit currency at a number of Sidney businesses.

Businesses are being warned to watch for suspicious cash. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP.

A youth has been charged in connection with attempts to pass fake U.S. $100 bills. On Friday, three males attempted to use the counterfeit currency at a number of Sidney businesses. Some fake bills have been recovered but businesses are warned to keep watch for suspicious-looking cash.
