Rest assured, as many delivery personnel as possible are struggling to get papers out to readers.

There were similar problems on Wednesday and Thursday. In at least one spot, our newspaper bundles were torn apart by a snow clearing crew. One of our vehicles became stuck on Fort Street and had to be towed.

We will deliver what we can today, as soon as we can.

In the meantime, we have opened up our website, making all stories available to everyone. If you are asked to subscribe or sign in, trying refreshing the page.

We also remind subscribers to use our E-edition, which is a digital replica of the printed newspaper. (It's included in print subscriptions, but you usually need to sign up for it. In case you have not signed up, don’t worry; go to https://digitaltimescolonist.pressreader.com/times-colonist for free access for the next couple of days.)

Watch this website for more information as it becomes available.

We appreciate your patience. And if you see your carrier arrive, be sure to thank them!
