Victoria High School was put in a hold-and-secure Wednesday after a report that someone had seen a person in the area with a weapon.
The hold-and-secure, which involves locking exterior doors while school activities proceed as normal, lasted about half an hour, said Victoria police acting spokesman Bowen Osoko.
The incident began about 11:30 a.m.
Two people of interest were taken into custody at a location away from the school, Osoko said.
It's not clear if a weapon was found. Police are still investigating.
