Veterans Memorial Parkway in Colwood reopened after several hours on Wednesday following a closure than began about 11:40 a.m.
The shutdown resulted from a gasoline leak caused by a motor-vehicle crash in which a truck’s fuel tank was hit.
There were no serious injuries.
The closure was between Cairndale and Latoria roads, with police describing the affected area as slick and dangerous.
