Two seriously injured in Duncan crash on Trans-Canada; RCMP seek witnesses

Two people are in hospital with serious injuries following a head-on collision on the Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP officers responded to the two-vehicle collision on the highway near Sherman Road around 10 p.m. on Friday.

The driver of one vehicle was admitted to Cowichan District Hospital with serious injuries, and the driver of the second vehicle was air-lifted to Victoria, also with serious injuries.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has footage from a dash camera that captured the crash.
