West Shore RCMP are investigating after a poppy-donation box was stolen from the Thrifty Foods location at Admirals Walk.
Police said box was taken about 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 3. A man went to the service desk and grabbed the box from the counter before running out of the store.
Surveillance video was obtained. The suspect is described as 30 to 40 with a medium build. He was wearing a zippered hoodie with an Adidas logo on the back, dark-coloured jeans and black runners with a white sole.
