Sidney/North Saanich RCMP are concerned for the well-being of 36-year-old Vincent Olsen, who hasn’t been heard from since Monday.
Olsen has connections to a number of lower- and mid-Island communities, including Sooke and Duncan, and might be in one of them.
He is described as Indigenous, five-foot-three and 146 pounds with dark brown/black hair and brown eyes.
