Police have concluded a search at a house on Happy Valley Road in Langford for evidence related to the murder of a Langford teen in March. The search began Wednesday evening. Police would not say what, if anything, they learned from the search. Neighbours say a mother and her teenage son live in the home. The burned body of Kimberly Proctor, 18, was found on March 19 next to Millstream Creek, under the Galloping Goose Trail. Police announced Thursday that they believe Proctor knew her attackers and that her murder was not random.
