Oak Bay-Gordon Head candidates in the May 9 provincial election will debate at the University of Victoria on Wednesday night.
NDP candidate Bryce Casavant, Liberal candidate Alex Dutton and Andrew Weaver of the Green Party will be in the David Lam Auditorium of UVic’s MacLaurin Building, 6-8 p.m. on March 22.
The debate will feature topics that affect students and youth, including post-secondary education, affordable housing, the labour market and mental health.
The debate has been organized by the students society, and is part of a series of events that will be part of its Count On Our Vote campaign. The campaign promotes awareness of the election.
