Three people were taken to hospital Tuesday night after a motorcycle struck a minivan near Tillicum Centre mall.
Saanich police say the crash happened about 7 p.m. when the southbound motorcycle slammed into a northbound minivan that was turning left off Tillicum Road onto Arena Way.
The 28-year-old male motorcycle rider was thrown from his bike and suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said.
The 76-year-old female driver of the minivan and her female passenger also went to hospital by ambulance with bumps and bruises.
