RCMP are looking for a missing 61-year-old who was last seen Oct. 13 about 10 a.m. in the Fairy Creek area near Port Renfrew.
Gerald Kearny, known as Smiley, was last seen walking between two encampments along the Granite Mainline forest service road.
He is described as white, five-foot-four and 210 pounds with shoulder-length grey hair.

Fairy Creek, near Port Renfrew, has been the site of protests against old-growth logging since August 2020.
