Comox Valley RCMP have recovered stolen goods and arrested a suspect after a break-and-enter early Tuesday.
They received a report of a break-in at Slegg Building Materials in Courtenay and discovered that the suspect or suspects had fled with about $3,000 worth of property.
Investigators were able to gather sufficient evidence to get a search warrant for a Courtenay residence, where all of the missing property was found.
Bradley James Miller, 37, is facing charges that include breaking-and-entering and possession of stolen property.
