A man exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dogs on the Swan Creek Park trail in Saanich shortly before 4 p.m. on Thursday.
The woman told police she was near the McKenzie Avenue and Interurban Road bridge when the incident took place.
The man is described as being in his mid-teens to early 20s, about six-feet tall and clean-shaven with short shaggy brown hair. He was wearing a dark grey rain jacket with a blue hood and boot-cut jeans.
