A 23-year-old man is under investigation for allegedly throwing rocks at people tubing on the Cowichan River.
North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP responded to reports of mulitple possible assaults about 6 p.m. Sunday near Indian Road in Duncan. One woman suffered minor injuries.
Police quickly located and arrested a suspect, and now are looking for potential witnesses.
