A two-month drug-trafficking investigation has culminated in the West Shore RCMP seizing an ounce of what is suspected to be cocaine, half an ounce of what is thought to be crack, a handgun and a shotgun.
Also seized by the detachment’s drug and organized crime unit were a Range Rover and over $4,000.
It was the result of an Oct. 8 search at an Atticus Court home in Langford.
A 29-year-old Langford resident was arrested. Criminal charges are being recommended, while the Range Rover and cash have been sent to the civil forfeiture office.
