Two people were taken to hospital by helicopter and another by ambulance after a two-car collision Tuesday in Ladysmith.
The crash happened at the Trans-Canada Highway and Grouhel Road just before 10 a.m.

The highway remained closed in both directions until about 11:30 a.m.
