Nanaimo RCMP are asking for public help in locating 30-year-old Sarah Beth Rekrut, whose father told police she has been out of contact with him for over a year.
He said he realizes she is an adult and can choose not to contact family, but he is worried for her safety.
Rekrut is described as white, five-foot-five and 140 pounds with shoulder-length hair dyed bright red.
Nanaimo RCMP ask anyone with information on Rekrut’s whereabouts to call them at 250-754-2345 or go to nanimocrimestoppers.com.
