Crews will paint dividing lines on major Esquimalt roads overnight Thursday and Friday.
All major routes are slated for line painting, including Craigflower and Admirals roads and Lampson Street, as well as some residential roads where paint has deteriorated, the township posted on its website.
Doing the work overnight reduces delays for motorists.
The Esquimalt engineering and public works department advises drivers to watch for the crews. Work is expected to be finished early Saturday.
